Return Policy

HyCosmetics.com will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date.
Please note, any item(s) returned after 30 days from confirmed delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Purchases become final sales after 60 days from confirmed delivery date and are no longer eligible for return or refund.

The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honoured or you will be charged a restock fee depending on the condition.

To process a return, please contact our Customer Service Specialist at Care@HyCosmetics.com and provide them with the Order Number of the item you wish to return.  Our Customer Service Specialist will then provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Once your return to HyCosmetics has been received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed. An official Paypal Refund will be automatically issued to your original Paypal account. If you used a Credit/Debit card, Please note that it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to be applied and posted to your account.

Gifts With Purchase: Free items shipped as promotional gift with your purchase are not required to be returned and you may keep them.

Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 3 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.

Fees: If you purchased your item by a mistake, you are required to pay for the necessary postage fees to us. However, if the product arrived damaged on arrival, or if we made a mistake or sent you an incorrect product, we will cover the charges provided that you include the postage fees receipt along with your return.
